The Employer Assistance & Recruiting Network (EARN) has recently enhanced its services for employers interested in connecting with jobseekers with disabilities, including veterans. Through enhanced website functionality, EARN now offers you direct access to jobseekers with disabilities and more options when posting jobs.

Job Posting Flexibility
EARN is designed to be easy for you. In addition to posting jobs online or via e-mail, you can now deliver jobs to EARN through your job distribution tools.

Customized Recruiting Services
In addition to posting jobs and having jobseekers apply directly to your organization, you can opt to take advantage of EARN's customized recruiting services which include:

Candidate Screening
You can post jobs anonymously and have EARN conduct a search for candidates in collaboration with EARN's network of employment service providers. EARN will then send resumes of screened candidates to you for consideration.

Resume Sourcing
You can request EARN to search its resume database for potential candidates for your openings. EARN will then send resumes of identified candidates to you for consideration.

Consulting Services
You can receive confidential guidance and support in disability employment matters through EARN. EARN's team of Employment Specialists have tools and resources designed to assist you in making more informed decisions.

The revamped EARNWorks (www.earnworks.com) went live this month, and already employers have posted more than 700 jobs from across the nation.
